Semi Coursed Facing Stone

Our Semi-coursed Facing Stone is formed of relatively uniform square to rectangular shaped stones of random heights and lengths. It is a non-coursed walling stone.

The semi-coursed build style gives a more contemporary feel than our random or rubble facing stone. It is cropped to a bed width of approx 100mm (+/-10mm) with at least one usable face. Our semi-coursed building and walling stone is available in natural sandstone, limestone, slate and quartzite, with a wide range of colours and tumbled options; all our traditional facing stone has matching quoins available.

  • Can you use the facing stone as a double skinned wall?

    We don’t recommend this, most of our stones have one useable cropped face and we recommend a backing to support the stone.

  • How will my facing stone arrive?

    All our facing stone gets put into our bulk bags. Our bags are around 850mm x 850mm x 850mm and approx. hold around 900kg.
