Job Vacancy – Sales Administrator 2021

Sales Administrator required for rural stone business. This is a permanent position 8.30am – 17.00pm Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be:

Be willing to help with all aspects of the day to day running of a small business

Be happy to work in a casual environment, this position will involve putting on PPE and liaising with yard operatives outside on the production site

Able to input customer orders onto the management and sage accounting systems and send order acknowledgements

Have a excellent telephone manor

Email orders, enquiries and quotations

Liaise with the planning and production team to ensure orders are met on time

Organising the sending out of samples to customers

Serve customers who visit our outside display area

Follow up calls to customers who have received samples

Previous experience in a similar role preferred although not essential

Competent with Microsoft office – ESSENTIAL
